Pleasantly surprised

This is my second Brother Laser Printer. I purchased basically the same model about 10 years ago. I was never able to get the software to work with my Apple products. I was also unable to download new drivers. Fast forward 10 years and I needed a printer for my infrequent printings. I gambled with this model. Everything was seamless and it was easy to set up and print from OS and iOS devices. Time will tell regarding quality.

A Great Printer at a Great Price

This dual sided printer is very easy to set up with the included software on a CD. If you don’t have a CD reader available, then download the software from the Brother Website. It prints clearly and allows the reverse side to print on either the long side of the page or the short side for keeping in a binder.

I CANNOT SEEM TO GET MY BROTHER LASER PRINTER TO WORK AFTER HAVING TWO COMPUTER PEOPLE COME LOOK AT IT. I EVEN USED A USB CORD RECENTLY TO PRINT SOMETHING OUT (AS RECOMMENEDED BY AN EXPERT WHO CAME TO TRY AND HOOK IT UP) BUT IT STILL WON'T WORK. I CAN'T EVEN MAKE A COPY. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY PRODUCT.
