Mangles envelopes. No manual. I would not buy again. Output clarity should be better

Great little printer.

Easy setup and prints quickly. I bought it for crafting purposes, gel prints and foiling. The manual feed is great for cardstock.

Good little printer but very slow. My internet service is very fast but this printer seems to have a hard time. I turned off the sleep mode but that only helped a bit

I received the printer and has a wide range of problems. Mostly, Win 10 machine recognized it but would not communicate with it. Just considered it off-line. I tried everything I could think of. [recovering from a long hospital so brain function is weak at best.] Came down this morning to "call out the cavalry' - ie call Tech support. Seems to be working fine. I wil keep pushing it to see if I recreate the failures.
Sometimes I hate computers!

Maual Feed ONLY

Printer reverts to MANUAL feed even though I set it to Tray 1 every time. This is disgusting and impossible for a 100 page document. I'm going to return the dang thing.

Great Little Printer (for tech savvy folk)

This printer works well on our WiFi, although the set-up was less than simple. We had to have my brother, who works in IT, help us get it up and working. The key pad on the printer where you enter the numbers off your router is awkward and time consuming and easy to make a mistake and have to start over. But once it was set up, it works easily, from every device in our home.

Love my Printer!!!

While I love my Printer, I don't like the Refresh Printer Toner system. I would rather buy my own Toner!!! I give it a 5!! This is my second Brother Printer, so I really love Brother products! Would recommend this without the 'refresh toner system'.
