First- the printer prints great. That was expected. However... the darn thing works only when it feels like it. I spent literally hours yesterday trying to make it print before deleting it and re- installing it. For unknown reasons it slips into offline mode and won't come out . I tried all the youtube solutions but they aren't compatible with the current Windows setup so they are seeing the old pop up boxes etc and I have the new ones that are different. This is not the first time this has happened and I've only had this printer less than six months. Yes, there were many expletives .

The deep sleep setting is incredibly frustrating. I had to watch a YouTube video to find out how to deactivate it because I could never get anything to print. I still have problems even in sleep mode but not as often as with deep sleep mode.

Still cannot connect to Wi-Fi

Prints just fine but still have not been able to connect to the wifi. No other device has ever had this issue and I find it very disturbing.

Our prior printer was a hassle to get working. This one has been fantastic, right out of the box. Unpacked it, gave it the wifi info, set it on the bookshelf, plugged it in. We've printed from tablet, phones and computer without a hitch. I really like that it has a duplexer, and fits fine on the bookshelf. And it always works!!! Thanks, Brother!
