The product works well day in and day out. When I needed tech support to help me configure it when new, they were there. What little maintenance (changing toner) is a snap. I highly recommend this printer or ANY other Brother printer.

Good Basic Laser Printer

After some trial & error in the setup process the printer is working well. Navigating the menu is a bit frustrating as it is “old school” LCD menu. All in all it is a decent basic gray scale laser printer.

Very Nice Printer

This printer does exactly what I bought it for, and not all printers do that. This is a reasonably inexpensive replacement for a troublesome inkjet printer. My biggest surprise is that it prints on both sides of the paper with no hassle at all. The text is crisp, pictures are fine for B/W, and graphics are very sharp, although I haven't tried to print anything very complex or dense. No complaints after 5 months of intermittent use.

Purchased this mono laser printer for primary purpose of printing paychecks. Cannot find how to change print settings to print "pages" in reverse order. as in last page first. Instead have to manually reorder the checks. In Basic settings under Multiple pages, Normal is selected. The page order option is not available. There is no "N in 1" option.

Printer was easy enough to set up, copies come out very clear. My only problem was setting up my printer with my wifi. It would not accept my password. Right now I only print with my desktop thru a printer/cable connection
