Easy set up and works perfectly!

I use the printer for simple print jobs (mailing labels and the like). It was VERY easy to set up, which I really appreciated. It prints jobs perfectly - clearly and quickly. The best part is the wireless capabilities. Being able to print from multiple laptops in my home makes the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

No problems

I bought this for mostly printing shipping labels,and so far it works great. Only thing I hate is the power button. It seems like it takes too long to power down. Minor issue. Also,I was a Automotive emission testing tech,and we used one of these printers in our machine.It took abuse, and it still worked for years.

This Brother model does not work

We have been pleased with our other Brother printers, but this model, purchased in May 2020, does not work. I've spent hours on Tech calls going through the same problem determination steps. The fixes work only temporarily. Enough. I hope to return the printer via the warranty.

Great machine

Had problem after a few months of use. Machine would not turn on. Called service # and they resolved the problem very quickly. Refurbished machine arrived today. In process of setting it up.

SO MUCH BETTER than my former ink cartridge one!!

I had two Cannon ink cartridge printers back-to-back...I LITERRALY used the first one maybe five times before I had to throw it away....bought another, used maybe six times, and it was done...waste of money. This Brother laser printer is PERFECT! No issues -- no paper jams!! Good value!!
