Easy replacement item.

Brother didn’t require any problems in replacing a defective printer like so many other companies would. Brother was recommended to me years ago and I’ll only by from them as well as friends and family. It lasts a long time and never needs fixing.

This printer was easy to set up and worked just fine immediately. I have it connected to two computers, it doesn't take up much space and has not given me any problems up to this point in time. I would recommend it to people who do not need color printing.

Hard to get support

I have a dark black line along the entire left side of every printed page. I performed the cartridge drum cleaning “fix” three times, same problem! I can not find any way to get help by email. They did try to get me to buy new cartridges several times though!
