Nice printer

I am very impressed with this printer. It was easy to set up and it prints great. We had always had ink jet color printers and were disappointed with running out of ink and how expensive the cartridges were. Although I love color, the negatives were not worth buying another ink jet printer. We are very pleased with this one. I hope it continues to impress.

Love the double sided printing.

I love the Double Sided printing and quickness of the printing. I wish the control panel was easier to read. Sometimes it wants to print blank papers till the paper cartridge is exhausted. Aargh.

A great dissapointment

I purchased this to replace a Brother HL-2270W (which was great and lasted for years), this could not connect to my WIFI. Tried contacting Brother tech support. Hung up and returned the printer. Purchased an HP M118dw and worked immediately. Had a tech support question and they remoted into my laptop and quickly resolved. I am still using a Brother HL-L8350CDW, but when it requires replacement - it's not going to be replaced with a Brother product. Sad.
