The printer went to sleep mode and I cycle the power and it wont turn on again. I haven't use this printer much.

Excellent printer for the price!

Great printer for the price. Excellent for printing characters, and decent graphics. I really like the double sided printing, and it has not jammed once, even when printing on used paper that had been printed on one side. The only issue I had was it lost contact with the wireless network for a few hours. Not sure if it was the printer or the network that was at fault. Was about to set it up wired, when it reconnected. A great upgrade from my older printer that jammed constantly.

Mostly love it

I can’t get it to connect to my lg K30 phone! That is the only thing I miss. It hooked up to my iPad and Mac laptop easily but I miss not being able to print from my phone! Is there a trick I should know? I’ve tried everything I can think of! Love the printer so much for everything else.

Gift I Keep on Using

Printer was a COVID-19 Gift from our son to my wife & I who have been helping teach & care for two grandsons since March 2020. It replaced a good competitor we had used for years. Son helped set it up. We use it frequently. Except for having to "wake" it up, we appreciate its usefulness and economy. Have not had to get ink for it! We didn't need the color factor so we didn't opt for it. A great gift we greatly appreciate for its efficiency and quietness.
