This Brother printer replaced another Brother printer I wore out. I like this printer so much that I bought a second one to use at a much later date. Print quality is excellent and I really like two-sided printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good printer

I got this as a second printer so I could print from my iPhone. Nothing fancy about it but it prints out a nice clear page. I only wish it had a tray where the printed page exits the machine that was a bit shorter so it would be easier to grab the papers. They just lay on the top and I find that it's not always quick and easy to grab the paper. But it functions very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Printer, Just What I Wanted

My old (non-Brother) printer was slowly dying. I looked at reviews of several Brother printers. They all seemed to be good machines, so I bought this one.
It is great!
I use duplex printing to save paper sometimes, but with the old printer this was a manual process (slow and sometimes difficult to get right). With the Brother automatic duplex it is really easy.
It warms up very quickly and prints fast.

Best printer for the cost to use at home.

Ive been extremely happy with this printer. I use it mostly for personal things, printing articles and gaming materials. The ability to quickly print double sided is a paper saver, and its very easy to use the wireless features, allowing me to print from my phone or tablet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well, but not on Linux

Bought this printer because the amazon page explicitly stated Linux support.. Works very sporadically.. I've given up and just boot up Windows if I need to print something. As far as operating under Windows, works flawlessly. Not so much for Ubuntu, Arch, or ChromeOS
