Deep sleep feature ruins this product

I hate the deep sleep feature on this printer!! There is no documentation on your website on how to disable this horrible deep sleep setting! The only way I was able to get this fixed was to enlist the help of my son who was finally able to find how to turn this off in a YouTube video! I would not recommend this to anyone unless instructions on this issue were included in the original setup.

This printer is great and easy to use. Prints decently quick and wasn't difficult to set up. Also love the updates and about to update over WiFi. Also, printing quality is good.

Great printer

I have an older version that I use at work. There is no way to count how many pages I have printed with it. I normally use a full tray of paper every week. I have had it approximately 5 years. Do the math on page count. That is why I purchased one for my home use. Great product.

Sorely disappointed

I bought this printer so I could do two things; reduce the load on my inkjet by printing text-only documents on the laser printer, and having a wireless printer I could use with my iPhone.
.Setup was relatively easy and I accomplished both issues...for one day. Every time this printer goes into its "deep sleep" mode, it disconnects from my network and won't reconnect automatically. I have to delete the printer from my laptop and go through the entire setup process again. After experiencing this problem several times, I gave up on WiFi printing and connected a USB cable which I use if I want to print from my laptop. I don't bother trying to print from my desktop or my iPhone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
