This is the best laser printer I have ever owned. Previously I had two HP laser printers that were both pieces of junk. This printer allows me to load a good amount of paper into the tray and then it is fully enclosed keeping dust and my 3 year old out. The print quality is great and its fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to set up WiFi - Windows or Mac

I've had laser printers since the 90s and find them superior to ink jet printers in print quality and in operational cost. Lasers in this price category were always missing the Wi-Fi feature until recently. The HL-L2340DW Wi-Fi was easy to set up for both my PCs (Windows 10) and Macs. This model is a pure black and white printing workhorse (no scanner), print quality is excellent, printing is very fast and has a fairly small footprint compared to an older Brother printer I have with a scanner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer is great if you can connect to it

As far as the printing functionality, it's great. However, being a WiFi only printer, you would expect very high performance in that area. This printer was a replacement for an older WiFi Brother printer that I could place anywhere in my home and print to it. I had a devil of a time just setting this one up. I had to be within about 15 feet of my WiFi access point to set it up. Then, when I placed it in the same location as my older unit (only 25 feet from access point), it wouldn't print. I checked the signal reception on my access point and said that it had 33% signal connection with the printer. I had to rotate the printer 90 degrees and the signal jumped up to about 60%. It seems like if it don't get a signal of at least 50%, it won't print. Very poor implementation of WiFi in this printer as I had absolutely no issues in my old WiFi Brother printer. You would think that something with my access point had to change, but I didn't touch it. Just swapped out the printers. BTW... the old printer indicated a jam fault that wouldn't clear. In conclusion, the printing was fine. But if you can't connect to it, it don't matter how good the printing is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Quality, high priced cartridges

High quality full color printing that does not smear like ink jets. 4 replacement ink cartridges (black, yellow, cyan, magenta) are the same price as a new printer

Simple to operate!

This printer runs itself! I know nothing about computers, printers, etc., but this printer, once connected, performed perfectly. When it jammed (my fault!), it was very easy to unjam it. Best printer I've ever had
