it can be little user friendly, having a chip in the printer cartridge is not good

I purchased this printer because of the ratings. I also purchased a few at my work. I was so sick of the deskjets constantly running out of ink cartridges. I love this printer.

I am so glad i have gone with this printer. I have seldom used the color with my other printers and This is the only simply Black printer. I would recommend this to any one using only black ink. Very quiet and fast printing. Footprint is just the size I needed. Best printer I have every purchased.

Solid USB printer. Not so stable on WiFi

Printing is excellent, fast and handles paper well in Duplex. It crushes/wrinkles envelopes when hand fed if you keep settings at regular paper thickness. My main difficulty is that the printer keeps forgetting its Wifi setting so I have to reinstall with USB wire for using printer with mobile devices.
