But the 2% is a line of toner which appears on every page I print. The recommended fix was somewhat helpful - I cleaned the drum as best I could - but disappointed that it needed work right out of the box.

Worked great for 15 months, then stopped

This was a good printer for a while. Then it stopped being able to recognize that it had a toner cartridge installed and it no longer works. My last Brother laser printer lasted for more than 10 years. Not this one.

Sleep Problems

Goes to sleep and will not wake up without turning it off and back on every single time I use it. I have set the stay awake time to the max and it still does that. Had to get rid of deep sleep mode because it never woke up from that without unplugging the machine. They really need to fix these problems to have a good machine. Until then I cannot recommend this printer

NOt sure if it's my wifi or the printer. it keeps going to sleep or deep sleep within seconds after turning it on.

Printer dead

This printer was always needing to be resynced for wireless printing. About a month ago, it just died.

Great while it worked.

Stopped working a few months after the warranty ran out. Loved it while it was working, but not so much after the main circuit board broke. Not happy to hear the words, "repairing it would cost more than its worth."
