Great sound-Poor Controls

The Momentum 4 are my sixth pair of Sennheiser headphones. I appreciate the sound quality of these, but the touch controls are a dissappointment. Even the touch controls on other Sennheiser products, such as the (very old) MM500X and the newer True Wireless Momentum earbuds were more accurate and a better implementation.
The design is pleasing and looks upscale but does not look to be either as durable or classic as the former Momentum leather and metal.
The ability of the Momentum 4 to pair and reconnect with two devices is superior to numerous other Bluetooth products I have used. The long battery life is also an outstanding feature. I personally prefer headphones which fold down to a smaller package but for (especially airline) travel, the hard case is very nice and elegant looking. The noise cancelation is good but it isn't a feature which is very important to me. Phone call quality and even placing calls via voice are excellent.
Overall, the Momentum 4 are wonderful as wireless headphones but the rather inconsistent touch controls are the primary shortcoming.

Great Headset!

These are extremely comfortable, great sounding headsets with excellent ANC. The App allows customization of sound and ANC. Having the ability to bring in the surrounding ambient sound is a big plus. Comfort wise, I sleep with these and they never get uncomfortable in any way.

Great headphones

I think these headphones are amazing. I’ve bought at least 6 different types and they all lacked something. But the Momentum 4 has everything for me. It has comfort which a lot of companies claim their headphones have, but they don’t. I wore the momentum 4 for 4 hours and my ears did not hurt at all. It makes the music sound great also and very crisp sound. These are definitely worth the money.

Exceptional battery life, sound quality, comfort, and build quality.
There are some minor bugs, but that can be fixed via software updates.

Great Headphones!

I purchased these in anticipation for a trip later this year as I despise my earbuds that never fit and stay in, no matter what size rubber thing I use. I have to say that this purchase is well worth the near 400 dollar price tag as they feel great, sound awesome and the ANC is just right for what I need, though I know it's not the main focus like in Bose or Sony. It's the most expensive set of headphones I've owned so it's pretty high end for me, even though I know in the audio space it's fairly midrange (my daily driver on my main PC is the HD 650S, and I've owned those for several years at this point).
My only minor complaint is the ear cups being just barely too small for my ears, but that's a personal issue and doesn't actually affect my comfort at all.
