Get lost in the music

I read all the reviews and did some research and fell on these. Yes, they’re a couple of years old but the music quality that comes out of them is simply beautiful in every way. You can hear every single part of the song like it’s supposed to sound. Phenomenal job, Sennheiser

I purchased these headphones 5/6/2025 and they are no longer functional as of 7/18/2026. I was walking on a treadmill and my right earphone was dampened and now the unit is non-functional. Additionally, I was hoping the noise cancellation on these headphones would be a bit stronger as I am spending more time in the office.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great performance and comfort

i bought these headphones about 2 months ago for use while in the office. it was important to me that they were great with sound and music, but also needed to function as a teams call headset. I am very pleased with their performance and honestly shocked at how comfortable they are. Also, for you big headed folks, I have a large head and these fit very comfortably. By far the most comfortable headphones i've ever used.

Great product when it works.

The sound quality is amazing, WHEN they work. The right ear bud has a tendency to either become muffled or cut out altogether, even after double checking for correct fitting for my ear. They also aren’t comfortable for very long stretches (my Bose earbuds could be worn all day comfortably by comparison). The other very frustrating thing is charging! Be prepared to pop these in your ears only to find they haven’t charged ONE bit ALL day long. Even when you seem to find a sweet spot where the indicator turns yellow (indicating charging) it still might not charge. The app is very useful at customizing and fine tuning the sound that you’re looking for based on your preferences. The noise canceling is also great. But I definitely would’ve bought something else had I known about these frustrations.

Awesome, deep bass, ultra clear highs, extremely crisp all renowned sound. The best affordable headphones 🎧 I’ve ever listened to. Cristal clear voice on phone calls. Great battery life,

Best battery length!

Good headphones! I bought these to replace my PXC 550 and I'm glad I did. The battery life is days-on-end, as advertised, and that is my favorite feature. They sound good and seem built well.
Minus one star though for the weird ear sensor in the right ear cup. There seems to be some sort of sensor in there that detects when my ear is actually inside the cup, and it sends Windows Media "media start/stop" commands automatically. I was so confused for a week after buying these headphones! I had no idea what was causing my problems. Once I figured it out then I wished there was some sort of "configuration menu", or that it was instead on the left ear, or disabled entirely. Oh well. Too much technology in my technology.
