Upgraded from the RF headphones and these are seriously awesome for home entertainment and those zoom meetings we are now all engrossed in. Lightweight enough to not notice them on but meaty enough in delivery to be fully immersive. You can add additional headsets to one base unit if you wanted to go silent disco mode!

After replacing the power supply it works great.
After navigating the online places and waiting a long time, I finally got someone to call me back And we figured out what the problem was. I do need a replacement power supply..

The newer design and charger stand are a step forward with improved charging indicators Ann more comfortable headphones.
The one drawback is the Wi-Fi range. It is much reduced from the older version, my partner who used it could go halfway down the garden to hang washing (20 mts) but the new system is half that!
However in general use extremely happy

We use these for watching TV, they are our second pair of sennheiser, they are great for clarity.
