I was so excited to receive the delivery, as I have hearing problems and can't turn up the sound in my apartment after 10 pm, the headphones that I had did nothing for me so when I purchased these I was anxious to try them asap but waited for the battery to charge. I had no problems with connecting them, with my new TV Sony Bravia 4k UR3 which had the optical plug-in which in return allows other people to still hear the sound while I hear mine through the Sennheiser RS 175 Headphones. WOW how good are these they are the best. I really hear every sound and I don't miss a sound while watching anything from a Movie to a Song and the games of course. So thank you for making these you have let me hear like a normal person. Absolutely so delighted with your product and my purchase.

Nothing beats Sennheiser for audio excellence, we all know that. The specifics that I appreciate with the RS 175: option of audio optical setup, this helps to leave my USBs available. Also, the 'Instant Mute' feature is wonderful. While listening to something on my PC, sometimes I am in another room working on a project when a loud commercial jumps up! Loud! The Instant Mute saves my ears every time. Thanks. The range is very good, too. Very happy with this Sennheiser set.

Excellent quality for the money

This is our second purchase of RS 175. Now we both have access to clear dialog and music from our favorite TV entertainment. Can also opt for quiet in the room while other person uses headphones. Would not want to be without them. Also excellent solution for hearing impaired person. RS 175 works!

I started messing with the 175's tonight after they came yesterday. Which I was stoked about! I've read some, and heard about the quality! I started out with the connection and installing the batteries. Unfortunately, the instructions don't match the product. I'm not a good direction guy, but what guy is, but the press and hold to power the unit isn't a press and hold at all. Only LED. After pressing it like I was putting my thumb through it. I figured it was stuck in; button compressed or something. After noticing the headphones have a power button on them which in turn lights the LED on the unit. 🙄😂 that's as far as I got tonight. Haha. Been a long day. More tomorrow! 😄

Simultaneous Audio Not Achieved

Before I bought these headphones I verified with your tech department that they would offer simultaneous audio on my TV. Sound coming into headphones and soundbar at the same time. I gave my TV model number and type of soundbar. I had been through this before with Avantree. Well they did not work. I am very disappointed especially since I verified this before I made the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
