Had a 9 cupper that quit after 7 months. Was a Christmas gift so I did not have receipt. Luckily my daughter had a digital copy and after a few weeks we had a new one. Makes great coffee, and their customer service was excellent.

I own two of the 9-Cup Coffee Makers. I pride myself in making great coffee, via French press, pour over, etc., and this OXO is up there with the rest, with added convenience with automation. I love it!
