[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful machine that makes great coffee. It was a better result even with the same coffee and water. I had some issues with the machine and the company stood by their product. The replacement was defective also and they sent another replacement. Good company and great coffee

Best Coffee Maker Ever Owned

Makes 10 cups in approximately 8 min. Absolute smooth tasting coffee and super easy to use. In the interest of a good cup of coffee we tried a Bunn (brews too fast) and traditional drip makers, take way too long and inconsistent taste. Going to this Certified coffee maker was the ticket, highly recommend!

Terrible design

Water gets between the metal and plastic parts on the carafe, i only noticed when I was pouring a cup and saw bubbles coming out. I'm curious how long I've been drinking dish water with my coffee and didn't notice, love the look but poorly made

Love this coffee maker

The love the sleek look and the way the water pours over the coffee grounds. Love it!! I recommend this coffee maker to all my friends!

GREAT TASTING COFFEE...HOWEVER

The carafe has been hand washed and never in the dishwasher. Even when bone dry, I can hear water sloshing around somewhere in the carafe unit. My suspicion is that the carafe is a two piece unit and water has somehow gotten in between where the two pieces are put together. This can grow mold and become unsanitary. I can't recommend this coffee maker because of this. Very poor design.
I will say that the coffee maker produces great tasting coffee and keep the coffee hot for a long time. All of this is moot point though since the carafe has a design flaw.

I love this thing. It's sleek, keeps my coffee hot throughout the morning, and I can adjust the quantity depending on if I have company over. I love being able to customize the strength of each batch unlike other k-cup products (it's greener for that reason too.) HIGHLY recommend reading through all the instructions before trying to brew your first batch though; there are 2 baskets, and failing to realize this leads to a big mess (oops). Reading these reviews, it sounds like a lot of other people made a similar mistake! In relation to other reviews claiming it's loud... I disagree. It's no louder than any other coffee maker I've had, and not nearly as noisy as single cup products I've had in the past. All in all, if you follow the directions, you'll fall in love with this product.
