Have to screw out the lid on the coffee pot in order to get all the coffee out, won't pour completely empty if you don't

An Excellent Coffee Maker

This is an excellent coffee maker. The best we have ever owned. The design is very well thought out and results in a very easy to use, highly functional coffee maker.
The carafe does not drip or leak when you pour the coffee and the clock actually keeps the accurate time (these are qualities often not present in other coffee makers).
Also it looks great and makes delicious coffee.

Good tasting coffee but I wish it was a little hotter. Not sure about that filter basket, it is huge and regular size coffee filters look small.

Very LOUD brewing

Nice coffee maker with good looks, however it is extremely loud when brewing. Loud enough that it wakes my wife up when brewing automatically.

Makes excellent coffee. I like that the carafe is stainless steel, keeps coffee hot without a warming tray and it won’t break if it hits my granite counter like others. Only thing I dislike is the loud steam release at the end of the brewing cycle. It is loud and wakes up others trying to sleep with its puffing.

A fantastic upgrade!

Having enjoyed the 8 cup version, this was a welcome step up in functionality and quality. The larger size is appreciated, and the single mug pour over insert makes this the winner over competing brewers. Well done!

Good quality but not thrilled

I am looking for a coffee maker that does not contain plastic. This machine does allow high temperature water to come in contact with plastic which is not what I want.
