Better coffee without all the plastic cups

I really appreciate that I can brew a single cup of coffee with fresh grounds without using a pod/cup! Tastes so much better. I have read some reviewers mentioning the loud post-brewing noises. I don’t find it any louder than the Keurig machines. So far it works well, and I am happy with it!

Not hot enough

While I love the look, glass tank, etc the coffee does not brew hot enough if you use even a little Cream. I tried heating the carafe prior to brewing (which defeats the purpose of auto brew) always had to microwave post cream.

Good not great coffeemaker

Coffee pot works and has very good thermal carafe which keeps coffee warm for a long time BUT flat bottomed filter so doesn’t capture full richness of beans. Plus uses dial to control things like we re in 1953. Frustrating!

We love our new coffee maker. It makes a great cup of coffee that is smooth and not acidic. The controls are very easy to use and I appreciate the brew later feature.
