We have had other brands, you name it we have had them.
This oxo is buy far the best. Brews fast, coffee always tastes great. It also cleans easy. If this one wears out, we will buy again.

I like the design however the coffee is not as hot as I’d like it to be. I bought OXO to replace a Breville coffee maker and surprised the OXO is not as hot as Breville. I would like to recommend that the water measurement lines be on the back of the water chamber as well as the front.

Bitter coffee - for me.

I wish it was more customizable. I fear many will get bitter coffee (like we did) because the water temp seems to be too hot. It might be a great machine for lighter roasts.

I love it, easy to use, keeping the coffee hot is a major plus. My husband doesn't like the fact he can't see how much coffee is still in the container BUT that a minor thing.

The day the coffee pot FINALLY arrived,after 1 cup, not a pot, 1 cup it overheated, and displayed the message CLN , descale the unit. So I did.
It continually does this after 2 or 3 CUP brews, I am using bottled water!!!.I am so disappointed, I was so excited about this purchase,as I am a coffee fanatic, so I decided to treat myself.I will be returning it and remain faithful to the Ninja!!

Purchased for Christmas and have been using for a week. Very please with the quality and ease of use. Especially like the insulated carafe that keeps the coffee hot forever.
