No replacement parts

I am very disappointed to hear that you don't carry replacement parts for your own product.
It is hard to believe that a company that takes obvious pride in making good quality backpacks and luggage can't back up their product with a small replacement part. If you can't supply your own parts, who else will?

Now I have a useless but good quality hydration pack. When I replace it, for sure I will not be choosing HIgh Sierra. What a shame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
