I am very disappointed to hear that you don't carry replacement parts for your own product.
It is hard to believe that a company that takes obvious pride in making good quality backpacks and luggage can't back up their product with a small replacement part. If you can't supply your own parts, who else will?

Now I have a useless but good quality hydration pack. When I replace it, for sure I will not be choosing HIgh Sierra. What a shame.

Thank you for your feedback. The 4L size refers to the capacity of the backpack, not the capacity of the bladder. The size of the bladder is 2L.

Excellent construction, one pocket for storage. Light weight, Small size, basic storage. Solid product for the size and price. If you need more pockets for storage or larger water storage, this is not for you. This product covers the basics very well.
