[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This arrived within a week. The instructions were easy to follow. I removed my old shower head ans installed this one, in less than 20 minutes! only needed a wrench for tightening. Pipe tape isn’t included. She works like a charm.

Love the wand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I avoided installing this for a few days after it arrived because I thought it looked a little complicated. There are a few more parts than the usual shower head, but I shouldn't have been worried. The hardest part about the installation was getting the pipe tape off of the threads. The installation was easy. And I'm glad the pipe tape was included with the product.
One of the BEST features about this is how flexible the hose to the wand is. They're usually more stiff, but this is super-flexible. More like a rope. So it's not awkward to hold. It's also super-long, so it gets all the way to the floor of the shower. That will be handy for washing the dog ;-)
Second best part is that the shower head can stay at the adjustment I like and then I can switch to the wand for rinsing my hair. Even though I've had other shower heads that are on a hose, this is much more convenient.
I didn't use the "put it anywhere" bracket, because it's fine to have the wand up near the shower head, but I suppose that would be useful if there are short people in the house who can't reach quite that high. On the other hand, since the hose is so flexible, it could be draped over any hook or anything else that might already be in the shower.

The Perfect Shower Head!!
