SECOND , THE BRUSH WAND IS AMAZING! I FEEL LIKE I GET A SOOTHING SCALP MASSAGE WITH IT AND AT THE SAME TIME A QUICKER HAIR RINSE.

Love That Hand Wand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an AMAZING Shower Head!! I love the individual hand wand. It really gets my hair super clean and leaves no residue. Love the massing feature on the mounted shower head as well! It has really helped my back and sore muscles.

Needs more features

This product was installed in my shower because I broke my foot and needed a method to shower and control the water flow while I am seated in a shower chair. However I was disappointed to find that there is NO shut-off or pause feature on the wand or the shower head. It seems in todays water-saving climate that a pause feature would be included on a modern product such as this.
Otherwise, the wand is a nice feature and delivers a comfortable water flow for my purpose. I need to reach up and shut off the shower completely while soaping up in my shower chair; twisting and turning while soapy, yikes! A bit cumbersome, but limited mobility folks just have to make do!

Thank you for your feedback, however; plumbing regulations prohibit the option for allowing a function to completely restrict the flow of water. Completely shutting off or restricting flow rate to less than .5 GPM can allow scalding water to briefly burst out of the product when the flow rate is returned to full flow mode. This is due to the hot water rising to the top in the shower wall pipe.
