Hello SauloPC. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Greenworks takes as much pride in our battery and charger. The 80V platform batteries have been tested over 1000 charges. While we only work with the highest quality products, nothing is always perfect but not to worry, Greenworks lithium-ion batteries are offered with a four-year (homeowner) limited warranty. Please contact Greenworks by Live Chat on www.greenworkstools.com or by phone 1-855-345-3934. We would like the opportunity to speak with you and provide a proper evaluation. All we ask is you have the tool, battery and charger present during your warranty claim call. Thank you.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gives a Good amount of Battery Life. Able to get a whole lawn done with two of these with dealing with a hill for a backyard.
I bought the mower with two of these batteries. After one season, the battery could not be charged any more. I had been tried to call, chart, wait for their call back. Non of these worked. They don't pick up phone call (waited for mor than an hour online twice), they put me on calling back list for several hours and live chat on over an hour. One thing worked, that was, after I had the chat where I was given my email, I had received their emails of advertisment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this reconditioned battery for a bargain price. So far so good. I like the ability to interchange battery packs with other tools. Only down side, is the weight.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the lawnmower last summer and it came with 2 batteries, one is a 4.0 Ah, 288 WH and the other is a 2 Ah 144 WH. There is no explanation on where there are 2 different batteries in the owners manual. I have charged the batteries about 6 times. The 2 Ah is still charging fine. But, after the first cut this season, the 4.0 Ah battery will not charge and I get the flashing red light. I followed the trouble shooting guidelines but still red blinking light. I lawnmower cuts well and would be ideal if the batteries worked well.

Hello Patrick63, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with this product. We are concerned to read that you are feeling let down and that the unit has not fully met your expectations. This charger will not ignite any lights until the battery is engaged. Once the battery has been properly seated, the light should communicate with the battery and ignite. Here are what each color light means! Flashing Green = Battery charging Solid Green = Battery is fully charged Flashing Red = Charging fault Solid Red = Battery is either too hot or too cold When the battery is inserted into the charger and the status LED blinks red, remove the battery from the charger for 1 minute, then reinsert. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, remove the battery and unplug the charger for 1 minute. After 1 minute, plug in the charger and reinsert the battery. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, then this likely indicates an issue with the battery or charger. If the issue persists, please contact us directly through chatbot on www.greenworkstools.com that will direct you to a live agent or call us on Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline at 1-855-345-3934. Our team would be happy to investigate this with you further.
I was so excited to see this smaller size 4AH battery! It fits in my original snow blower that has a compartment that only fits the smaller batteries! It also is very easy to hold a leaf blower with one hand, unlike using other large batteries. Excellent innovation by Greenworks!
