Works great! I had put more about it, but was shut down from posting. Maybe greenworks should make some offer in recompence instead of barring my review? But great price! Great item. Exactly what I expected. Apparently the reviews are being proofread..so customer service may want to contact me instead of holding my review.

Great battery

already bought the chainsw so I added this spare battery to keep me cutting nearly non stop. It is AWESOME! But took like 3 weeksto get. Was sent a trimmer instead and Greenworks was a bit slow in resolving the issue. But it came today and hasbeen put to the test... AND PASSED!
