[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the chainsaw combo with battery and charger for my husband in 2024 and he just raves about it continuously so I am ordering an extra battery so he doesn’t have to wait on the other one to charge. I have also ordered extra chains earlier this year to have on hand! We can’t say enough good things about this product and this company!!

Batteries notgood

These are expensive for what they are. I have 4 80v batteries for 4 pieces of equipment. I bought the mower 3 years ago and the blower 2 years ago.. The equipment works pretty well, the batteries are not the best by a long shot. One battery crapped out after a year, the others are getting weaker by the month. DON'T waste your money. I am probably going back to gas because I can't afford to buy batteries every three- four years.

We are sorry to hear our 80V battery platform has not met your needs. Batteries degrade with use and storage. The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as temperature, operating windows, charge/discharge rates, storage environment, and cycling patterns.
Electric lawn mowers generally require less maintenance than gas mowers. They do not need oil changes, spark plug replacements, or fuel refills. However, they do require regular cleaning, blade sharpening, and battery maintenance. There are several advantages over gas mowers, including being quieter, lighter, more environmentally friendly, and requiring less maintenance.
To properly care for and store your Greenworks 80V battery, store it indoors in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging.

Not long enough.

I plugged it in charge overnight but it works only for 20min and it's dead !!!it doesn't Hold the charge long enough.
