I have found the pole saw tiresome to use because it is not well balanced.

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with this unit due to the weight. With the 2.0AH battery installed, this unit weighs 12.8 lbs (5.8 kg) in total. As each users capabilities differ, the strap helps even out the weight. Hold unit firmly with both hands. Always keep your left hand on the pole shaft and your right hand on the rear handle, so your body is to the left of the chain line. Never use a left-handed (cross-handed) grip, or any stance that places your body or arm across the chain line.

This is my first electric chainsaw. I’m really happy with it. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it did the job really well, I cut down a decent size tree with it and chopped it all up.
