Better than I ezpected.

I bought one a few months ago. It is fantastic,but I am unable to get replacement chains.
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

Bought this two years ago (Dec 2017). Have used it to cut down and buck a dead 10" dia. Poplar tree, trim some large overhanging Eucalyptus branches and various kinds of large brush and small tree debris. The saw is easy to handle, cuts quickly, seems to stay sharp. The battery lasts 40 to 50 minutes and recharges in about 20 minutes. With two batteries I never have to wait for a battery to recharge. And its much easier to use than a gas saw.

My husband has used the chainsaw. He really likes it. It is very quiet compared to a gas powered chainsaw. It cuts through logs easily and by the time the battery runs down, he is ready to take a break also.

I used this one day, and after following all chain tightening requirements, the chain still popped off and damaged the chain guide teeth so it won't work. Essentially, I have a very expensive replacement battery for my other tools. That was after trimming 3 trees with 2 inch limbs...maybe 4 dozen limbs.

The products work well. No gas, no pull start, no loud noise, always starts! I have been using this 10 foot tree saw to limb up the trees around my house. Although a but heavy at the head, the saw works great and has saved me a lot of money. Limbs from trees were covering the grass in areas creating dead spots in my yard. Quick, easy, cost effective solution. I now have the 80V chain saw, leaf blower, weed eater and tree saw along with two regular batteries and one extended battery and am all set! Very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a week ago. It has been a great tool for cutting the tree debris from Hurricane Milton. The unavailability of gas was no issue for me. This 80 volt, 18” chainsaw worked great. I will continue to buy Greenworks tools.
