Nothing but problems

I recieved my Creality Hi and right out of the box I started having problems. I had problems printing anything. I finally got the Z-Offset to where I could finally print for a day, then the extruder would not work. I took apart the extruder only to find defective wiring to the hot end. I have contacted support a couple times requesting to replace my unit.

I’ve tried to slice & print seceral files. But it keep telling my 3D printer (Creality HI) is the wrong printer for the slicer. Does the Creality cloud slice work for the Creality Hi?

Have printer that I can't use.

I've had my printer for over a week now and have not been able to use it. I've never been able to actually chat or speak with a rep, only back and forth through email. It had an error code from the moment I set it up. Support is sending me a new board in hopes that will fix it. But that is another 10-15 days out and we have no clue if it will fix the problems it has. So best case scenario it will be 2.5 weeks before I can even possibly use my brand new machine.

Have had multiple issues with the printer since receipt and setup

Have had multiple issues with the printer since receipt and setup. I was getting repeated error codes and failed prints - wasted a lot of filament until the cryptic error code "2252 unkown exception" and "XS200 System Error." Wasted a lot of time and a lot of filament.
It takes FOREVER for Creality Support to get back to you and when they do the first suggestion is "update your firmware." Well, the printer was 2 days old when these started and the first thing it does when you turn it on and set it up is update the firmware, so now what? It took 4 days to get a reponse back that it was a "slicing problem."
Ok, so we got past that ... then I got an extruder blockage. All I can say is, hope you don't get one becuase it binds up the extruder AND the CFS and requires a LOT of dissasembly to clear it. When you do, you run the risk of damaging a very small, fragile wire and circuit board connector (cutter detection module/line).
I'm currently waiting on warranty parts to arrive -- 15 days they said. These parts are not available for purchase anywhere so I'm stuck for 3 weeks wating on replacements!?!?! I'm not printing. It's just sitting. NOT HAPPY!
Wish I'd bought the Bambu at this point.

The technology in the extruder makes easy work of generic PLA and is an incredible match for the CFS. I bought off-brand build plates that are way better than the ones that come with it, link below!
