I have had and used my matching set for a while now. The features on the dryer are fantastic. I use the warm up feature alot! The steam refresh is also a fantastic feature. I love that this machine is so user friendly and with as many options that it has, still so simple.

Will be contacting GE for repair; LOUD

Bought 5 days ago, and already heat has been inconsistent. Worked day 1, since then heat has been intermittent. I checked the wiring again, as well as the ductwork which was all fine. Tested vent temperature which stayed at about 110°F, which seemed low according to some online research.
In additionaddition, this unit runs loud, there is a loud hum from mine that clocks in at 70 decibels.
Hopefully GE will be helpful in fixing the unit, will update review with more info.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
