Great product.

My wife loves this new machine paired with the matching washer. She does most of the laundry and LOVES this new set. We actually decided to stack these two to give us more room and it works great.

Leaking water

Every time we use the steam it leaks water all over my floor. Repair guy came out can't find anything wrong. Made sure everything was tight... He left I tried it and had water on my floor again. Not impressed!

Made noise from day one. A lemon.

Go to a popular video site and search for "Suburban MacGyver" to hear the noise my dryer is making after 2 service visits. It made noise from day one. GE can't seem to fix it.

Quick delivery. Good price. Had to replace another manufacturer's washer, due to long lead time on part. For room configuration, needed to stack units, so we had to replace dryer as well even though nothing wrong with our other HE dryer. Home Warranty paid for washer, we paid for dryer. Have had about a week. When on high extract cycle, washer is loud and vibrates hardwood floor notably - possibly because it is in a larger room with very little baffling to muffle sound. Next wash, we will try it on lower extract cycle. One wash load came out with several items having some sort of 'metallic' staining on them. We don't think that we put anything in the load that should have caused this but can't say that for certain, are monitoring other loads to see if there is something going on with the washer itself - so far haven't noticed any more of that. Should it happen again, we will coordinate with local appliance store from which we purchased, for warranty repair/replacement. All that having been said, we are satisfied with this unit.

Best Dryer I could find

2 hour drying time

I purchased a new washer and dryer thinking the newer models would be more efficient. This dryer takes longer to dry than my old one. A standard load of darks with 4 pair of jeans takes over 2 hours to dry!!!! I think my electric bill will be higher instead of lower! Also the buzzer for when the cycles are finished is so low even at the highest level. I should have stuck with my original brand.

Takes forever to dry things.

In terms of dryer performance this is the slowest dryer I've ever owned. Sometimes it doesn't even try things that all without multiple attempts. It's especially bad with what clothing.
