She was about to embark on making cookies for her friends at work with our old mixer that was on it's last legs. My problem, ruin Christmas by giving it early or risk her wrath by letting her suffer through making as many cookies as she could under the circumstances... I chose to give it early. AM I GLAD I DID!!!! She made over 18 dozen cookies in one day! She might have gotten 4 dozen with the old one. She was in baking heaven that day and has given me a kiss every time she uses it since then. So thanks for the kisses and the easing of her burdens in the kitchen. I say that because she hasn't let ME use it yet!

This five quart size stainless steel bowl lets me double my cake making process; cutting my time and energy beautifully.

I make bread twice a week and have for years. I love my mixer it makes the job easy and little clean up. I have bought one for both my daughters and they also love theirs. Some thing I wouldn't want to be with out.

This was our family Christmas gift to ourselves! The most difficult part of the purchase decision was choosing from all the gorgeous colors!
We immediately used it to make our favorite bread recipe, and it made the process so much quicker and easier we have had homemade bread much more frequently. We have also used it for custard, brownies, cookies, and pizza dough. Everything has been easy and with good final results.
I am very pleased with this appliance and plan to use for years to come.
