I love to cook and have taken direction from my mother, grandmother, aunts and sisters. The KitchenAids may have some varying features among my family but regardless, they're all quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put off getting for several years. Burned up several handheld electric mixers during this time. Received for Christmas 2014 in the apple green. Absolutely beautiful. Almost afraid to use because it's soooo pretty. Decided to make giant ginger cookies from scratch. Used 2 1/2 cups flour in mix. The hand mixer would have been history trying to mix this much flour with very little liquids. Next will be peanutbutter bars with chocolate candy pieces!!! Love this beautiful mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an improvement to the holiday baking process! I had been using a hand mixer and thought I was doing fine with it. BUT this year I was able to make more recipes in less time and allowed me to give them as gifts and spend time helping decorate the house and cookies versus mixing.
Also the consistency was improved by using the stand mixer. I didn't know what I was missing for the last 20 years. Should have bought myself this years ago!
