[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a KitchenAid mixer for 5 years, and decided to upgrade. Although I've never had problems until this mixer the locking mechanism was broke when it arrived. I called, was only on the phone for 10-15 minutes and had my problem solved with a new mixer on the way. This is one kitchen accessory I will never live without. I absolutely love my KitchenAid mixer and totally recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used a hand mixer, but I bought this after using my daughter's. Now I chop while mixing. It is easy to use and clean. I like that I can buy additional bowls and parts if I need them. She loves the pasta maker.
