[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve lived 38 1/2 years of married life plus an additional ten years of widowhood and never ever had a stand mixer...though it had been on my wish list this whole time...and now I finally decided to stop wishing and I got my lovely mixer...To be blunt and to the point...SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT...That says it all...nearly fifty years of waiting...and she performs like a dream! And with all the waiting perhaps I appreciate her more now than I ever would have earlier...Old grumpy fingers filled with arthritis...no longer appreciate fiddly little buttons or cranks or doo dads...My Beauty has the beef, the gumption, the oooph to get up and GO...and go she does...Thanks Kitchen Aid...15 stars if I could give them,!

Great but heavy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this once since I bought it, but it was great. It is on the heavy side and I must move it because I have a tiny kitchen. That is good for the muscles, though!
I got a couple of extras, the meat grinder and the pasta maker. I have not used these yet, but the basic machine is great!

I purchased my first KitchenAid Artisan Series 5 Mixer in December and I love it. Not sure what took me so long to join the ranks but glad I did. I'm known for my baked goods but now I'm solidified with my new Matte statement piece.
