[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Kitchenaid mixer, and the metal meat grinder attachment. I made ham salad with it yesterday, and it was so easy. The motor on the mixer handled the work without any strain at all. I used the recommended setting, and it ground the ham and sharp cheese like it was nothing. I am very impressed with this mixer.
