Love my KitchenAid mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my mixer for regular mixer duties like making bread dough, cakes, pizza, pasta dough, whipped cream (the best I've had!) and it has far surpassed the hand mixer I had used previously. I look forward to getting some attachments to try new uses!

Great color weak motor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I wanted to use this mixer a few times before I reviewed it. I like to give honest hopefully useful reviews. I tried this mixer for about a week and sent it back and went with the 6qt professional version. I have been making bread/pizza dough for many decades and have used different recipes over the year. When I received this mixer (my older stand mixer passed away) I tried the basic 3 cpss of flower, one cup water, yeast, salt. I was surprised that the motor stalled every time the third cup of flour was added. I had to finish the mixing by hand. I do not bake cookies or cakes so I decided to return this model,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
