Love my 5 qt mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally had the 3.5 quart but after a few years I realized I wanted something bigger to have more room. It was hard finding the almond color in stock but eventually found one and snagged it. The color is neutral and I love the fact that I can buy different bowls as well.

Amazing Versatility!

I’ve had this product for about a year and it is well worth the money spent! It saves time and energy while baking and I honestly don’t know what I would do without it - it is one of my most cherished possessions just because it makes my favorite hobby that my easier!

I own multiple colors in the Artisan because they’re beautiful & because it does everything I need it to do. From making bread to pasta to cookies & cakes it just performs flawlessly.

Bad workmanship

I received my mixer yesterday and the metal band around the top is loose, like it was not properly glued. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaking grease right out of the box!

The mixer arrived in the mail today. I took it out of the box to set it up and noticed that the machine is leaking a LOT of yellow grease from the tilted head joint. It is gross and unusable. I don’t see an email address to contact anyone for support and replacement. This is very disappointing that I spent a lot of money and waited for shipping, and I am unable to enjoy it. I hope this can be resolved quickly.
