Happy with head

Previously had the M3 version. I like the hands free features but I find removing the headphones whilst music is playing hits too many sensors. The M3 version was more comfortable, these are a little too pressurised for me. Overall I’m happy with them

Worth the cost

Bought these to replace the WH-1000xm4 headset that had finally died after 4 years of constant use. I use these at work and while using heavy equipment, the DNC works well and the noise pass through option is great while using an excavator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The XM5s deliver outstanding audio quality, impressive battery life, and excellent Bluetooth range, making them one of the best wireless headphones on the market. However, all these top-tier features are let down by disappointing build quality—specifically the hinge. After just four months of careful use, the left cup hinge has broken, revealing what seems to be either cheap plastic or a poor design flaw. It’s frustrating that such a premium product can be compromised by something so basic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These replace a set of Bose and the Sony’s are far more comfortable especially on long flights. The NC is superior to all others on the market now and will be for a long time.

bad purchase

Wish I hadn't purchased. Why have noise cancelling headphones that keep turning off the noise cancelling? Failed and repaired once already! On return from repair they intermittently turn off (this seems to have been fixed with the last software update).

So the headphones are great, noise cancelling, comfort and sound are awesome. Speak to chat is glitchy and stays on even when turned off at times and is the only annoyance otherwise great headphones
