I loved the actual headphones sound and feel but they smelled so strongly of chemicals/glue that I had to return them. The smell gave me a headache and stayed on my hair and skin. So disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased a Sony XM-5 11 months ago, and it's been great for daily use. My only suggestion to Sony is to include an extra set of ear pads, which would be helpful for replacement if they start to wear out or become loose.

Searching for new headphones, walking away with these. Am not disappointed slightly. Great quality sound comes from these! Exceptional base and can customise through the app which is extremely useful. Very comfortable around the ears too.

great head phones. Wished it was a bit lighter. If the head phones had a sleep mode and wake up when the calls are happening, it would have been great. Sometimes when multiple connections are done, it does not get connected properly. Like for TEAMS

I bought these headphones as the earbuds are not doing it anymore. I used them the next day on a 3 hour flight, and wow, the noise cancelling is fabulous, the sound quality is so good. I really enjoyed these headphones and will definitely be using them on all my overseas flights from now on.

I bought this three weeks ago. I’m impressed with the sound and mutliple features. However the audio “lag “ when playing video and using the headphones and speakers remains a problem in spite of using a Avantree Obit transmitter.. it appears no one has a solution to this.The lack of APTx codec compatibility is the issue.
