Sounds Good But

I bought this because of the good reviews and I am very happy with the sound quality and ANC. Plus using it as a headset for the phone and computer at the same time is an awesome feature. However, keeping up with the message boards, it seems like the hinge connecting the ear pads to the headband is fragile. I am hesitant to use it because I am afraid that it will break.

I have had this product for 8 months and I am underwhelmed. I read numerous reviews prior to purchasing and I wish I stuck with Boose instead of Sony. There are constant problems with the device connecting to the point where I can't even use the headphones (product/app is always up to date etc) . For the price point there shouldn't be any problems. the sound is great and the functions are nice but if the headphones don't pair with a device or decide not to work the headphones are useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
