The purchase process thru’ Lazada was a nightmare. Service from the dealer EM Nation wasn’t upto the mark.
Excellent product, have been using this for about a month now. The microphone connection from XM5 seems to be erratic with MacBook Air. Sound quality and ANC works perfectly. Battery is holding up perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought these earphones (black) together with a second pair (white). The sound is great but the sound, sometimes, suddening cuts out and we need to restore it. It is very annoying and we have everything to correct it, including re-initializing and even going back to factory settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing ANC

I've logged about 5hrs of listening so far. The most standout aspect of these over my previous Sony WH-CH700N is the level of quality in the ANC. I'm finding my volume levels are across the board lower with the WH-1000XM5. It handles constant noise like engine, droning or road noise really well. Even conversation and intermittent noises are softened, to a much greater degree than my previous ANC headphones.
In general the quality of sound is really great, probably the best I've owned. They seem a little muddy on the high end but with the treble boost EQ setting I've found the sound pleasing. I haven't watched mich video but there seems to be little to no audio lag on my phone (Pixel 6 Pro). The touch controls seem consistent and good, though I still tend towards controlling volume and skipping on my phone. Battery life is amazing as expected. The headphones are comfortable, I have a large head and find that even with sunglasses on they sit well.

GR8 Sound BUT

Brand new user to the Sony ANC and XM range. Found the set-up easy and sound quality outstanding.Great battery life. Gets Hot around the ear on long use, I DO NOT LIKE the cheap rubber plastic feels and look, it looks faded already and not even week of use still, fingerprint magnet.

Product is good but it has glitches for iphone. When I want to fast forward on spotify, it keeps forwarding after I release my finger. Also it does not launch the app via spotify app.

Got about 2 weeks ago. I have a brain injury and have noise sensativities so got them mainly for that. They have helped heaps. Very controllable in hearing mode. And blocks out heaps When in cancellation mode.
For how much they are I thought they might block out voices talking a bit better. Maybe I was expecting too much.
Also the top of my ears touch the foam inside. And my ears don't poke much at all
