PERFECT HEADPHONES

I bought my Xm5 a month ago. I am extremely happy with the product. Light weight with excellent sound quality. Connectivity is easy. NC is pretty good. Ambient sound is not perfect but still better and sounds natural than other brands. Multipoint connection is perfect for connecting work phone and personal at the same time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sounds amazing, comfortable to wear over a long period of time. Touch pad is a tad unresponsive. But overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Good and not so great

I brought this and had good and not so good experiences. Should (music) good. 8D tracks are excellent. Use of it for video/talk calls not so good. I have had a litany of complain from people in this instance as muffled or to much background noise (I’m not using in noisy environments) premise was I could use it for both feature. Disappointed to pay so much money and not get the desired value.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding sound, but...

The headphones have outstanding sound quality and excellent noise cancelation, and I recommend, but beware that they are hot to wear, even after a relatively short time. That may not matter where you live, but I live near the equator, so not ideal.

Awesome headphones. Noise cancelling is top notch. Audio quality is SONY. You may have to adjust the sound setting in the app to get your desired sound profile. Straight out of the box sound is a bit bass heavy. Very simple looking but feels premium to touch. Great product SONY.

Great Noise Cancellation

I was deciding whether to get the XM4 or XM5’s but after a while I picked the XM5’s. The noise cancellation is great on airplanes and after the latest update does not have problems with moving around. I used them for an entire 16h plane ride and they were comfortable and noise cancellation was great. My partner has the XM4’s and they seemed similar. They were also better than the AirPods Pro 2. If you have the extra money the XM5’s are a great choice.
Would love the option for spatial audio or high quality with Spotify.
