[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keurig is a trusted coffee brand that I have had the privilege of using for many years! I really enjoyed the convenience of the Keurig systems because they can be used with pods or with reusable coffee attachments. This machine I enjoy because it does have a cold coffee feature, my only Takeaway is the fact that the coffee sometimes seems water down. Otherwise, it always comes out a nice temperature and cleaning the machine is easy.

It is super beginner, friendly, and it was super easy to install and the coffee came out so yummy. The coffee pod was easy to use as well. The packaging is so simple yet elegant.
