I love my Keurig. I’m the only one in my house that drinks coffee and this single serve is perfect for me. I was as so sad when my previous one died after trying to descale it. When I called to see what to do and found I was still under warranty, it was as a great day. Thank you for quick service! I’m back having perfect coffee each morning.
I was very happy when they stood behind there products when it stopped working in just under 6 months and they replaced it even though I didn't have the proper receipt.
My machine went dead after 9 months usage. Appreciate the service and support of Keurig to replace it with a brand new one. Couldn't imagine a service better than this. 5-stars!!!
