The battery part work okay, but I dropped the phone once and both bottom corners broke off and now my phone exposed. Waste of money.

Looks good but gets exceedingly hot when using the charging pad overnight and doesn’t really seem to charge my phone either.

Mophie is the way to go!

I have used Mophie battery cases for every Iphone I've owned. I never have to worry about running out of juice. I wouldn't be without one. Just wish this model came in brighter colors. My last phone had a red one. It was much easier to find than this one in blush.

The case is cute but super bulky and takes like 30 minutes just to charge up 1 percent more so basically it does not charge me.Very unreliable and super heavy.

Useless case

This case is slippery and brittle, and utterly useless unless your goal is to destroy your phone. My wife hasn’t dropped her 11 Pro in more than two years, then got this case and can’t hold onto it for anything. When it fell, the case was destroyed and the phone damaged pretty badly. Never had a chance to try the battery feature. This case should never have been on the market. Zagg shrugged about the damaged phone but offered to replace the case … but only a moron would use this case again. I only gave it one star because zero stars is not an option.

Works well. Wasn’t charging my phone very much at first but I turned off the optimized charging and now I get a lot more out of it. Love the color.

Second item that I purchased. Again I think these items should charge your phone up to 100%. It only went to 43%.
