I charged the case over night the next day when my phone hit 19% I was like “hey, let me try the new case” it charged my phone from 19% to 50% and then the case died. What a rip off!

The juice pack is very pretty but it is a little slippery. I have dropped my phone twice since I put it in the juice pack. Decided to go back to my old pela phone case and save the juice pack for emergencies when my phone battery is low and I don't have another way to charge my phone. I would like it a lot more if it were not slippery.

It doesn’t charge when I plug it in or charge my phone for long at all

The juice pack access battery is not designed to charge the phone up to 100% when empty. Rather, it is meant to provide a quick top off to help you get you through your day until you can reach a wireless charging pad or charging outlet. Slick case

I was really excited about this case, just be mindful that this one is slippery. I am not in love with the material this is made out of. Also don’t expect this case to charge your phone from low battery to a complete charge. It may get you another 20%.

Quality isn’t the same as before. Already chipped after falling (which happens frequently since the case is slippery). Made of cheap plastic unlike before
